Love those  Hot Wheels commercials, my older brother and I had alot of that stuff back in the day - Inevitably he ended up beating the crap outta me with the track, it really hurt!

There's a wisecrack in there somewhere...

My bet is that the Camaro will indeed be made.  It's one of the few things that GM might have done right - although I still think they screwed up the grille.

Camaros are already being sold, got the 6.2 Vette engines in them. The Z-28 got axed though I think, or at least it's on hold. What happened to Pontiac really sucks, and March was the best month for G8's so far, but what do you expect, they made insipid cars like the Aztec and have made boring V6 FWD cars now for a long time, might as well have been a poor man's Buick. The G8 GT was too late I guess though. But as usual GM axes something before it gets a chance to become ingratiated into the general public. This car is quite fast, I get second gear rubber at half throttle. I have read that the G8 may become a Chevy and also that they may turn it into a cruiser, can't catch it with the new Charger police pursuit vehicles so they have to do something. A friend of mine was racing a Charger and pulling away from it when they had the misfortune of meeting up with one of MA's finest, SHE got a ticket for 123 mph.

'67 4 speed RS Camaro that I put up before.


'69 4 speed Stingray with my Dad's '85 Fleetwood behind it. That was my daily driver after he stopped driving.


'56 Chevy 210 Hard Top another 4 speed I got lucky finding.

Mildly built 350. I bought it like that and just replaced the old 4 barrel carb with an Edlebrock 650 . After that it ran great. Loud as hell, ran quick enough, and felt squirrelly as hell. I guess no seat belts and a fabric bench seat would do that though!

Hmmm... in this safety conscious world it is not the lack of saferty features, nor the speed... it is the jerk that turns out in front of you, and/or, the sudden and unexpectedd lack of speed... 

My wife's youngest sister - her partner has a 70's Corvette and my wife made a batch of these for their Xmas cards last year...



Gotta admit a weakness for Stingrays... especially early 60's... or possibly an early Mustang... well out of budget range... I can look on though...

Gave what was left of my toy cars to my daughter, which are back in the loft again...

I'm lovin' my recently acquired '94 Vette! Just got a new top on her:



Only had 108,000 miles on 'er when I got 'er but put another 2,000 more on already!!
Had a 289 Mustang convertible in high school but this is WAY faster with a 350 V8 bored out!
BIG FAT TIRES & EVERYTHING!

Gonna need to buy a trailer I guess. Sellin' my ol' galumphy van. It's an old guys ride--drives like a caddy or a yacht.
This Vette is makin' me feel rejuvenated! Sleek, BAY-BEE! Hauls ASS!

Goin' thru hard times; even been sleepin' in my broke down van for the last 2 weeks but feel real good when I cruise in my vette!
Got it all legal finally with new plates & registration & all.
Got a cool mailbox address that looks like a residence by using "Apt. # ___" instead of just "Box #"

Life is gooood
