It's better than using Triumph II, since that could cause confusion with the Gibson LP Triumph. OTOH the original Epi Zenith was a pre-Gibson hollowbody student grade archtop guitar. Why dredge up an old name that belonged to something different?

Lack of imagination??  :P

I played a proto a couple months ago and I was disappointed.  The problem I have with heavy poly finishes is they seem to dampen the liveliness of the wood.  This thing has a big body, but didn't have a lot of volume or resonance.  The neck was a abseball bat too.  I hope they worked through some of those issues.

That's better I think. I once tried to find an Embassy for Dolf of The Datsuns. In the end I found one here for him. But while googling I only found the new pointy Embassy...
