AC/DC's original singer Dave Evans had a band called Rabbit after AccaDacca.

An old Angel City fan here.   I saw them open for The Kinks.  They are the only band I ever saw whose light show was entirely floor lighting.  At the time, my band was covering "Marseilles", one of the very few songs that I got to sing lead vocals on.

I worked up vocals for this with some friends of ours, and got up to front them, to the surprise of my band.

Lobby Lloyd and the Coloured balls.

This is from the Sunbury festival. Kinda like an Aussie version of Woodstock or Isle of Wight.

Rick Springfield was in ZOOT during the early 70's. Here's their cover version of Eleanor Rigby.

Please keep your eyes open for my stolen 1973 Burgundyglo Rickenbacker 4001 Serial # MD1582. It was stolen in November of 2006. Reward for its return. Thx!

This post doesn't quite fit the criteria, but V. Spy V. Spy (mostly 80's) are one of my favorite bands of all time, and Craig Bloxom is the reason I picked up the bass...

To fit into the thread, Flash & the Pan are awesome as well.

You Aussies got it good - some great music has come out from down under.
