Hey, if they weren't alive during the 60's or now play the old stuff we do, I don't know why they'd want to hang here!  Let's face it, we are what we are and I doubt we'll get too many youngsters interested in what we typically talk about!   :bored:

We have young Darrol who, I guess, is not so young anymore?

I'm 29, too old to rawk'n'rawl, too young to die I guess.
Don't be stupid, be a smartie - come and join die schwarze Hardware party!

I have to tell you he is happy with his mint 4003 Ric which he bought used for $850 about 6 years ago, now worth about $1200- $1600 .

He still loves his bass as well

;D ;D ;D

Uwe's edit: Is there some word play in John's original post escaping me? What's so funny?

Yeah, not too old to rock.  Maybe too broken down, though.  The shots of me with the Holy Crap bass were taken when I was 52.  There was one guy on the indie circuit in Cincinnati that was older than me.

Resident T Bird playing Drag Queen www.thenastyhabits.com  "Impülsivê", the new lush fragrance as worn by the unbelievable Fräulein Rômmélle! Traces of black patent leather, Panzer grease, mahogany and model train oil mingle and combust to one sheer sensation ...

It cracks me up in the summer time when I got the stereo crankin' in my car and roll up to a stop light and watch peoples reaction to the music I'm listening to. I may have Halford Live Insurrection cranked, some Priest, some Satriani, or maybe even Live at Leeds. The younger kids especially freak out to see this 50-ish bald guy jammin' on some metal or hard rock stuff. They were probably expecting to hear Bobby Vinton or something....NOT!!!!!!

[insert joke here]

When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my Grandpa did... not screaming in terror like the other 5 passengers in his car.
