Cool bass except for those darn P/J pups- they look so out of place.

Uwe, do you have one of these?

Take a look at the Tbird on the right, sure looks like the same setup.

No idea how good they are, but I wouldn't mind owning this one. Especially if Suzi came with.

Suzi or the one on eBay?  :D

In her day, either one.  ;) She actually looks pretty good even now, but I'd say she's slightly above my age range.

Hey guys, Carmine here! I don't know if you remember me from the DudePit or not, but I was the guy with the extensive collection including Lefty Gibson EB-3s among other things. that had joined fairly recently? Since the pit has had so many "issues", I was wondering what happened to everybody. I was surprised to find a post today over there than said Uwe and co. were over here, so here I am.

The Greco Suzi Quatro Thunderbird you're talking about is mine. The only reason I'm letting this go is that I'm left handed, so I can't/ don't really play it other than in my home studio. The cash is going toward a lefty Rick. That said, this is really an excellent bass in every respect; build quality is a 10+, tone is killer, and looks- it's a rare beauty that's got it all going on my friends, just like Suzi. :-*

There is no question it's worth every bit of the "Buy It Now" and then some.  If Krist Novoselic had played one of these instead of it's "sister" bass- the Ibanez Black Eagle- this would easily be worth a couple grand. I have both and it certainly kicks the Eagles ass in every regard.

If I were a Thunderbird freak I don't know how you could not lust after this; it's a perfect compliment to your everyday Bird, sounds great but different, and it's a pretty safe bet that you will be the only one wearing one at the next gig.

Hey, Carmine.  I'm sure you know that there's a lefty '80s Hamer Cruise up on Ebay right now...

Hi Carmine, yes I do remember your collection, glad you found us.

The buyer's handle doesn't ring any bells but regardless, you got your price and the buyer will get a nice bass.
