Anyone have a spare Gibson hardshell case sitting around that would properly fit a 70s Les Paul Signature Bass? I've seen Les Paul Sigs in both rectangular cases or Les Paul shaped ones. Not sure which of the EB2 cases are long enough for a Les Paul Sig neck.
The minimum inside case dimensions I need are 17.5 inches for the larger lower bout and 48 inches inside length (which is the tight bare minimum.)
I don't care if it is worn, just not falling apart.

I keep mine in an Epi Casady case. Works great. Vintage cases are hard to find and people want ridiculous money for them.

I tried it in the Lufkin case that my '68 EB-2DC was in & it didn't fit. But it did fit in the aftermarket case I bought in about 1974 for my '67 EB-2C with about 3/4" to spare for the headstock. Any EB-2 case with the wider area around the headstock might work just fine.............
