Makes more sense than some other tour itineraries I've seen.

He sure left 'em speechless at the end.  ;)

Tom Waits and Yogi Berra, without a doubt, the two greatest philosophers of our time ;D

I love the old Tom Waits interview  with a wine bottle sitting in front of him. The interviewer asked, "do you always have a bottle in front of you?"
His reply was, I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy."  It made good sense to me.

That "interview" was on that serious news program, Fernwood 2 Night.  :)

What a memory! That was one of my all time favorite shows but I sure as hell didn't remember that quote being on there. All I remembered was the comment and had no clue where it came from.

I should have known... it's on YouTube.  :)

It's just past the 4 minute mark.

Looking back at it now, the laugh track is really annoying. Still funny, though.

He did mention ass-sex. I'm surprised that none of our more regular posters on the subject inserted him/herself into the discussion.

I marvel  :o at what other forums you frequent, Brother John!

But didn't Slade address the subject comprehensively already?

Father Anderson's liberal use of weapons, penchant for self-justice and generally fiery beliefs should make him an anime icon for the Evangelical Right!
