At the opposite end of the spectrum, we do several concerts with an orchestra every year. I/we have to keep the stage volume low as there are many boom mics on stage micing the orchestra, you get the idea. Anyway, I've always used my Ampeg B100R combo which sounds great at "normal" volume but not so much at low volume(IMO). So, I tried this rig the other day at rehearsals and loved it. I run the lows to the Vox and the highs to the Fender, works great!

I can't believe the amount of vintage Valve gear on here, here's mine, not so vintage but all good stuff.

Trace Elliot V8 with matching 810 cab, plus my old AH150 and Twinvalve with my Hartley Thompson 410 Reflex

We have no problems with "trannies" round here so feel free to come out of the closet any time you like...  ;D

Oh yes, way to loud, I did think that the V4 was really a much better amp unless you played stadiums, I just don't seem to be able to get the thing up to temperature, although if I play at a small venue they have to turn the heating down and great for when you're fingers are cold just let the fans blow those 8 KT88's.

Just added this for home practice and recording ....

and all together nice guy  :)  I doubt he would remember me but I've met him a few times and we have a few mutual friends/musical aquaintences.

I'm envious mate that will definitely sound better than my Eden Nemesis 115 to practice through.
