'74 4005 in Jetglo. $6.7K starting bid.

Button-top pickups. JG and BG are imho the best colors for a 4005. FG makes its ass look even fatter than it is.

2002 S/8 in clownglo, $3,349 BIN. Seller says the neck is good.

Dave W

2002 was in the extra thick neck era, so I don't doubt the seller. Hate that clownglo though.

Nice Autumnglo
I used to think this is the worst looking Ric standard finish, until I started to see it as Höfner Brunette on a Ric. But if I had one I'd doubtlessly have it clearcoated and buffed to a high gloss WAL.

I replied to Olivia's Vintage about the "2060" - it's actually a 2050. Hope they make the correction to the listing.

They did make some pinstripe basses although this was never formally offered as an option.

Here's a stunning '76 Walnut (gloss Autumnglo) 4001 with pinstripe -

Very nice, but about 4 to 4.5Gs too much. He's dreaming if he wants to get the money he's asking.

Some are dreamers, others don't need to sell and know they're asking way too much but hope for that one buyer who really wants it.
