Octave devices...
« on: May 19, 2012, 01:45:52 PM »
Played a couple of sets last night on my Dano Longhorn, and boy was it fun to play with four strings (and short scale)...

The $64,000 question is...will some sort of stompbox get me the extended low range of of a "B" string when I need it? It would be fun to be able to play the Danos more often, but I need the extended low range for about 10 different tunes. Maybe 15.

I had a Micro POG briefly, but found that it didn't help much below C.  I also looked at this, which may be more suited to what you need.  The nice thing is that you won't need to retune.
