I bet you could replace that with a pee and he wouldn't even notice, those basses are for r'n' and not hiding in closets!

It looks like this one has still the ears from the bridge and pickup covers in place. Or else it's a dark discoloration from where they were. Strange.

Pretty sure those are the plastic spacers that went under the covers.

You didn't really think that, once mismatched, Gibson would reconstruct those covers so they could do without the spacers, did you?
