Baked Maple
« on: November 13, 2012, 08:58:07 AM »
OK, call me crazy, but Sunday, I decided to smell the fingerboard on my Explorer bass. LOL! It actually does smell like burnt wood! It IS possible the maple was not the only thing in the room that was baked...  8)

;) I had to sniff Uwe's G-3 before heading out to work today.......

Wish I was baked.

Seriously tho, I can't say I could smell anything, as fretboard material I'm liking it.  ;D

Whenever I get a bass from Mark I sniff for other scents.

Kliras are the best smelling basses ever! Very pleasant light cedar scent.
