I read all kinds of messages Ronnie died. But also it's a hoax...
If it's true: RIP, Ronnie!

The rumors started last night and Wendy Dio issued an announcement that he was still alive but not doing well. He passed away at 7:45 AM. RIP Ronald James Padavona.

I really loved the first 3 Rainbow records. (4 if you include "On Stage") I was in Panama from 1976 through 1979 so I missed a lot of great shows.

Great songs, stand up guy. Killer pipes right through to the end. Been trolling youtube all day listening to his body of work. I LOVE his early doo-wop type stuff. RIP.

I got to interview Ronnie at one point. All I had to do was mention Black Sabbath, and he was off. He had some insecurities, but I always liked what he did. This is one of my favorites with Rainbow. It was a little out of the mold.
