I wish them well, but it looks like just another commercial venture with nothing to distinguish it. Who needs yet another place to buy bass videos? Or a concert calendar for famous bassists? Not I.

Hey, folks! 

Thanks for noticing my new site.  It's only nine days old, so we've got a ways to go.  The goal is to create compelling content, which will make people want to return often. 

In addition to the specials and discounts on merchandise, we've got a resource of hundreds of links to websites for basses, pickups, amps, strings, players, reference and miscellaneous.  We've also got a calendar of events (as you mentioned), new releases, a forum and, starting next week, an exclusive interview series with high profile bass players.

Please tell me what you'd like to see that would make you a frequent return visitor.

I hope you'll visit us soon and often (maybe you'd like to help kick-start the forums!).

Over the last few years I've come to the realization that I prefer my boards to be less commercial, more member driven. Nothing against the others, just not for me...
