Anyone know what kind of finish Mighty Mite puts on their necks? I've been all over their site and they don't say.

Oops, found some discussion at the Tele forum. Looks like it's a light polyester finish. It sure feels like it, but I couldn't tell by looking at it.

I've got a MM neck on my FenderBird. It seemed to be completely naked when I bought it, though maybe they do sell a finished version? I gave it three thin coats of clear lacquer.

As far as I know it's a light satin poly.

It came from Asia, it's lacquer sealer IMO. Quick, cheap, effective and works under ANY topcoat. Not true with uncatalyzed poly unless it's had a while to cure.
I shot gloss nitro over the one mighty mite neck I've used with no problem.
