Yeah. I kinda thought the "pre-Gibson" comment was funny considering the '65 12 string US made Epi guitar I used to have wasn't "pre-Gibson."

I have the same bass . very nice , plays well. bass mute onthe bridge doesn't work well on mine

Nope; no purchases for me for awhile (unless some hopefully pending good news hits and even then I have special plans). Just sharing.

i bought that bass new when it came out. not impressed at all. construction was kind of cheap imo. it sounded ok but not ok enough to keep. it was also an uncomfortable bass to play, for me anyway.

I always like a sweet hollowbody bass. :)
