Way too young. Talented guitar player. He played all the bass on the first Skynyrd album too. RIP.

The Showtime documentary has been out for a while and I'm sure Ed King got a chance to see it.  He must have been pleased.  He is portrayed in quite a favorable light.  I just now saw it.  It's really good.  It isn't exhaustive, but still provides a lot of background and insight.

I saw this, very sad, I'm a big Skynyrd fan and I love Ed's work on Pronounced. Did anyone ever visit his forum? Very interesting insight into life inside Skynyrd
