I'm a big fan of 5 Watt World. He has vids about certain basses (and lots of guitars) and in 20 minutes you know most of the history of an instrument. Of course it's never complete, but good enough. Last week he talked about the B15:

Legendary amps.  Wish I'd have bought one years ago when I had the chance to do it.

I passed on several back in the day that were both in great condition and could have been had for a very good price.

I was an idiot. But that was back before things were described as “vintage” , and old generally meant cheap. If I had known then what I know now …
