For what purpose?

I've heard of soundclick, reverbnation and garageband.

My drummer in the indie band is using reverbnation.  I've heard about soundclick on another forum, but don't know anything about it.

What I meant by "Photobucket" is that I don't use their imaging software. I just upload my file and paste in the code where needed.

Is there anything that simple for audio files?

How about DivShare? You upload your files, get the embed code and paste on your web page.
