Great playing from Billy Cox on the People, Hell and Angels album by Jimi Hendrix. I've provided a link with further playing notes.
Have a great Earth Day!

Thanks for posting these. I don't always comment, but I do enjoy having an excuse to read (my sight reading has long since atrophied... ear is my crutch)
I know you've mentioned it before, but what is the app you are using for the charts?

MuseScore. I think mojo hobo told me about it. It's free so I can't complain about the glitch that makes you repeat accidentals within the same bar. It also doesn't have the 2 bar repeat symbol I used in the tab and sometimes note ties can be invisible. The tab is hand written.
I also used the Transcribe! software to slow the track down and sometimes boost the bass eq. I'm very happy about how useful it proved to be. It will definitely help me figure out stuff I wouldn't have thought possible previously.

It was only a 5 week summer program between my Jr. and Senior years of high school. It was a blast but I couldn't imagine going there full time. Maybe if I knew I was a prodigy and wanted to go there to make contacts in the industry. Most folks are probably wasting there time and parents money, unless you get in with a scholarship. I ended up with a Bachelor of Arts degree from UMass Amherst.
