Two Deep purple classics as performed by me.
« on: April 22, 2009, 05:51:30 AM »

Okay once more, this was recorded purely for the fun of it. My Jamaican alter ego Rasta Frank sings a medley of "Black Night" and "Smoke on the water" in his own rastafarian style.

The instruments used were my Yamaha PSR 2500 keyboard, my Custom Jan Knooren five string bass, my 1989 Squier Stratocaster "the Veteran" and my Gibson Melody maker.

I hope you guys can see the humor in this.

Black Night is actually a credible version, I've heard a lot worse!

We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...
From techno seeds we first planted ... evolved a mind of its own ...

Needs a more Rasta guitar style--chick-a BOOM chick-a
more Rasta Bass style, Drums & percussion, some horns maybe
I love the idea tho. Practice makes perfect, keep at it!
