My Jamaican alter ego's fifth offering.
"Don't turn around" always has been my favorite Aswad song and it was only recently that I found out that it was a cover of Tina Turner. I also found out very recently that Aswad used to be a very heavy roots dub style reggae band and that "Don't turn around" actually was one of their most commercial offerings after they dropped their more hardcore sound.
My version tries to marry that heavy roots style Reggae sound with the song and I hope you guys enjoy my version. The instruments used were claves, a tambourine, my Fenderbird bass, my Gibson Melody maker guitar and my Yamaha PSR 2500 keyboard.
