Like a lot of folks, I have a JCS.  Pretty much my main goof off bass right now (well, it was until I boarded the plane last week, but it waits for me patiently).

Saf, I like your Dean.  For a little while a few years ago I was seriously considering getting the Yellow Cabbie Psycho bass from them.  I think it's the same as yours, except it's a bright yellow with some terribly cheesy checkers along the sides.

it's indeed exactly the same bassguitar except the finish. I like the dean. But it's to big for me so it's up for sale now.

Currently I own only one hollow body bass: a 1964 Gretsch 6070.

No commentary here....just the sound of drool gently hitting the floor......

I used the search option but I couldn't find any topic specialy made for hollow bodied bassguitars. So I figured well let's start my own. I would like to know if there are more Hollow bodied bassplayer out here. I've already seen a marvelous red EB-2 out here. But so far not many others.

My bunch of hollow's

At first the oldies.

Elite - early 60's bass italian made

The Elite looks like the bass Roy Estrada played with The Mothers of Invention. Great stuff on this clip BTW

I've got a couple - a '67 Starfire I that appeared at my local GC:

And my good ol' EB-2, which I think is also a '67:

I thought I was going to be able to sound like Andy Fraser, but it didn't happen! Instead I ended up sounding more like this:
