He's now in an R&B band called Nine Below Zero. I've seen them a few times on the club circuit over here.

i pretty much learned tp play bass by listening to rory's first live album. 1970? mcavoy has always been a favorite.

Big Gallagher fan here.  McAvoy was someone I watched a lot.  I got to see Rory at least 4 times, and even got to interview him once.  Incredibly nice guy.  I liked him best when he did the trio with McAvoy and Ted McKenna.

You know that YouTube doesn't even come close to matching the audio with the visual.  Sounds like two completely different songs got overlayed.
