Resident T Bird playing Drag Queen www.thenastyhabits.com  "Impülsivê", the new lush fragrance as worn by the unbelievable Fräulein Rômmélle! Traces of black patent leather, Panzer grease, mahogany and model train oil mingle and combust to one sheer sensation ...

I have to admit, it's sharp looking and a lot nicer than its predecessor (unless you like glopped on paint).

You owe yourself something nice for your 50th.

Congrats and happy birthday!

I guess it's only a matter of time now before the world's first chrome-plated Opti-grab apparatus is unveiled (?)

Great! Nice gift to yourself. That'll be a great birthday!

But...  ..after seeing all your pics I thought you were only like 35 years young or something!

In my eyes, you'll forever be the attractive thirty-something girl you always were, Mark. Icons don't age.

Other (chrome against black  ) topic: Isn't that mirror guard chrome enough for all of you? It finally has the size to capture Herr Carlston's manhood in full, no annoying distortions, in the flesh so to say.

I've noticed that the new Nikki Sixx Sig has an appeal that transcends heavy metal kids and Crüe diehards, everyone that has seen mine so far has liked even though none of them would be able to hum a Crüe song if their life depended on it. The Blackbird had a much narrower appeal. That dark, in some light almost brownish cherry really compliments (and complements) the TBird look. Once Gibson gets up to the task of actually putting the darn thing on their site, they might even sell a few more. If you search for "Nikki Sixx Signature Model Thunderbird", they helpfully guide you to the regular Thunderbird page which makes no mention of the Nikki Sixx variant.  >:( >:(

That said, it's flattering to be a bad influence here once again.

Are these special order only?

What is the US pricing for these???

Congrats Mark!  Is it something you would use live?

Nothing wrong with getting yourself a nice gift for your birthday! I'm jealous (but not of turning 50)!

I can hum one Crüe song, but that's only because Brownsville Station did it about a dozen years earlier.  :)

That thing is the infamous 'Optigrab'. mr. Sixx uses it as some sort of finger rest for playing with a pick. Normal people use it to open kitchen doors.
