Just purchased a LP Junior Bass

Hello Gents,

I just purchased the LP Tribute bass and I have to say it's been great so far. Gibson stepped up quality control.

Great little basses ,it’s become a favourite for me . Light weight , beautiful neck , sounds good .
Nice little no frills bass . Slab body , simple set neck , no fancy carving or inlays .
Some people complain about the three point bridge , but to be honest I’ve never complained about them , I have them on a couple of other basses and I’ve always managed to set them where they should go without much drama . And then forget about them . Easy .
The finish is prone to wear .
But all in all I love mine .
However , I love Danelectro Longhorn basses so my opinions are somewhat suspect .

I’ve bought two of them, one to modify. Great basses! My Les Paul Triumph has been neglected since I bought these.....

Just noticed on the CME website, they are expecting more of these July 2021 in all colors but brown. Those are expected in 2022.
