That man-eating tiger had been badly hurt and had broken canines; people were the only thing it could prey upon with regular success.

Pretty common scenario for carnivores in the wild; if they are elderly, injured or both, they look for the prey they can outrun or catch easily. People make great targets.

That's why you should always take someone with you who's slower than you when you go exploring in the wild.

Slight incontinence of the slower subject is also helpful for fellow travellers, that is how these guys find their prey.



Nature has everything planned out.

And that Komodo dragon must be striving for a corporate career. I can just see him going places, an adaptable little critter.
