funky and Fishbone. Either of those words are enough to keep me from clicking on it. Thanks for the warning.  ;)

I actually enjoyed that. Without analysing it, I'm not quite sure why, but definitely very well played.

Looks like a natural LPB-1. The sound is well suited for the song.

The song is actually Reggae, "Funky" doesn't always mean "Slapfest" and there's no slapping here.

I like the bass, but I've heard better.  Never heard Fishbone before, but I think a couple of those guys were in John Hiatt's band a while back.

If the bass is described as funky, I won't like it. I understand funky doesn't necessarily involve slapping.

And I've heard Fishbone before, definitely not my kind of music.

I hate the word funky. I saw a Ford Fiesta (bad looking small car, only bought by senior citizens (however: The new one's quite pretty) once with an old guy in it with a striping with 'funky' on the site.  >:(

Hey Chris, up urs (  ;D ) what's wrong with fiestas'  >:( , i had one when i was 20, more than 100.000 Km moving round between Italy and Denmark, i even went to Amsterdam a cupple of times with some mates...great times  . Anyhow, yes none version was good looking, but the new one is even uglier IMNHO.

P.S. no offense, i'm just joking

Well, I guess you could say I'm a senior, an old guy, or maybe even an old fart. But I do not drive any Fiesta! And that's that! Fact is I've driven Mercedes the last 20 years, and now got a BMW. These are old farts cars!!!
