Doing a little tinkering while I wait for the guitar shop to have time to work on my bass. Thought I'd put a switchcraft jack and some new pots in it, but what kind of input jack is this? Anyone replace it before and know what model to get?

Thanks as always.

I only know my luthier had difficulties with mine. Just keep your jack right besides yolur body and you'll see: The shaf of the jack is longer than the body thickness:) He sanded the plack control plate at the back a little bit and it just fitted!

This was done years ago, so I know no brands.

What year thunderbird are we talking about ? If it is '89 and and up you need one of these. http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Electronics,_pickups/Components:_Jacks/Flush-mount_Output_Jack.html
