Maybe I should just have my yellowed white '73 refinished in bright white.

They've obviously changed finish formulas.

Who would have thought that black trim Ricks would someday be desirable?

Almost any discontinued feature is bound to become desirable sooner or later. Who would have thought that block-neck J's and large-headstock Strats would become collectible? When enough time has passed, even horrid 80's aesthetics look retro cool.

As for that bright white beauty... someone (not me) BIN'ed it for $1,700.

And another one... again, no affiliation. I just love those non yellowed bright white Rics. One day...
