Potting Pickups
« on: June 24, 2008, 09:15:27 AM »

Just an easy question for all of you that have sucessfully potted pickups into chrome covers :
What did you use to hold them in place?
If there are differing opinions out there I'd love to hear them.

Thanks,

I've never done it but I'd be interested in hearing more about it.  I have read some things where you have to be careful not to overdo it and change the tonality of the pup.

stemac has an article by Lindy Fralin on wax potting.  I'm pretty sure it's also on his website.
