Bands are only as good as their drummer. I can certainly relate how hard it is to find someone. I've been in bands with amazing guitarists with so-so drummers and it never panned out.

We've auditoned that first guy before, except our candidate managed to chug half of his 12-pack while setting up and talking our ears off. Wasn't the talent we needed.
