Why you should buy a computer
« on: March 02, 2013, 03:52:31 PM »
From Thursday's rerun of Bloom County, which originally ran from 1980-1989.

If you don't buy one, you may wind up like this guy  ;D

My parents bought their first computer for one reason - to compose their funeral services.

Ha! I actually remember that from its original run. Does that make me old?

Judas never had a computer.

I blame his parents.

Apparently our friend with the nasty habits didn't have a computer as a child.

At least they're both being rerun on Gocomics.

Yes, I had this one cut out and tacked to my wall.

...but I seem to remember it being in color,
as if it were maybe from the Sunday comics?

Looks too big to be a weekday comic. I think the Bloom County reruns are all from Sunday, though they're not in color.

The Calvin & Hobbes reruns include the daily strips plus color on Sundays.
