If I were you, I'd make it a point to get it done ASAP. You don't want to have that invoice cancelled.

I have the new pick up installed and have rewired the bass with CTS 500K pots as of today, I've been taking pics as I go along. I also sent the PG away along with Rob's drawing of the original to have a new custom one made  ;D

Absolutely.  It will take a few days to process, and I have to think that the due date is on the receiving side, not the sending side.  I went to the bank a couple hours after receiving the invoice.  In that couple hours, the exchange rate had changed enough that my cost in US dollars actually went up $12.

BLACK!

Originally I wanted the first-run white ( not a single white bass or guitar in the collection! ) but why mess up tradition ( for me anyway ) I haven't played anything but black onstage in about 10 years. I'm going Marks' route ( with the bass not wardrobe ) I've got Dr B's Tailpiece, a chrome TB plus, a set of reverse wind re-issue tuners and a set of NOS bridge and pickup covers. I'm psyched.

Scott ( GOT ) I think we all would be interested in a side by side comparo with a "reall" NR, IIRC you've got one or two.

Right-o Dave, Thursday is my day off, so I'll be at the bank in the morning. I've sent an e-mail to Roman also and I'll send another when I get the transfer done. We'll see how the US $ is fairing against the Euro!

Mine shipped last Friday and showed up yesterday!
I'm thinking I might change out the pickguard for a black one with white edge and add Ripper-type knobs on it.

So am I, Dave! I emailed him last Monday or Tuesday for the first time, went back and forth a couple of times over remaining colors, decided on black, got invoiced, wired the money, it shipped Friday and the bass was on my porch at 9am yesterday morning!  :)

It's, uh, slightly prone to neck dive. Heh, a relocated pin is definitely in the picture for this week.
