Roman just asked whether I wanted a black, white or blue one. I chose color for my life, call me Daisy!

I got the message too.  That shipping cost is more along the lines of what I would have originally expected, based on other experiences with USPS and EMS.

Now, the question is how long before we get responses, and the basses?  I responded to Roman within a couple minutes of my email, but nothing further today.  Tomorrow is another day.

I got an invoice today from B&CH. Now I need to figure out how to pay it.  ???
Looks like about $335 US including shipping (259.01 Euro). Anyone know how to wire the money?

And I'll need to do something about that pickguard. I'll be putting on a pair of late model TB+ pups covered with 70's chrome covers.

I payed by bank transfer, that's the easiest way I think.

You need to set up an international bank transfer. You fill in the complete IBAN number they gave you. Plus the SWIFT code of the bank they're using.

I had a few pickguards made in The Netherlands, for me and some other guys who bought a BaCHbird. I used an accurate tracing of a Gibson NR pickguard. But I had to make one minor change for the little thingy that points towards the tail end of the bass. I chose to do so because I needed it to cover one screwhole of the BacH pickguard.
I have the PDF if you're interested.

Tom , if I were you I'd wait with those TB+ pickups till you've heard the Artec. It sounds pretty awesome...

I'll have to see how it sounds right out of the box, but I do have an old '60s pickup ready and waiting for a new home.
