I agree with everything Rob says. I did use it with the band. It sounds great and warm, but it cuts though too!

The mp3 sounds a lot like a 60's bird to me. Hopefully Bach will figure out shipping to the U.S. soon.

Im way too excited about this bass. Now even more so with the Woody-esque sound bite . He would be excited as well. I see the new govt  mule bass player pictured with a bird. i have not seen them in a few years ,but I here he is a monster,of sorts. I love the white but Im having evil thoughts 'bout Inverness green, which I happen to have a can of......

Sounds a little fatter and more even than a sixties Bird. As you would expect from a newly produced bass. Impressive.

I tend to agree, also sounds a little more compressed, but could be recording or settings.

I want one maybe. Even two, maybe, for a friend wo receives a BaCH soon.

Rob: Misschien dan twee of drie tegelijk bestellen (ook voor Colin) als ze betaalbaar zijn? Kan het in één pakketje.

This is probably the pickup Bach uses (the silver one without the exposed poles), seems musicman-ish to me.

Music was better when ugly people were allowed to make it.

It has an Alnico bar magnet.

And steel blades; so it is a blade pickup with AlNiCo 5 magnets. Dunno if the AlNiCo is the blades or beneath the blades...........
NICE!
