Great video George. That is something I always dreamed of doing as a child. Too bad Africa is so screwed up.

I have had cats almost 3/4 of my life, even though I am allergic to them. My son was so bad he was on all kinds of allergy medicine, the cat died and his allergies went away within a month, no more meds for him.
We have the next closest thing- cat-dogs

Cats are an easy pet, live up to 25 years and by that time pretty much disposable!
Dogs are more like people, or soul mates, that get all kinds of costly human ailments when old, cost a ton of money to cure, then they die and rip your heart out in the end.

I thought that lion story cute. It apparently actually really happened. There are some further clips out there where even the wild lionesses alllow themselves to be patted.
