Nothing there that a little buffing wouldn't fix.

I'm glad it's not a Redneck, I'd be GASsing.

No, I dropped out after it passed $1500. I've already got a black, 1989 S model that I absolutely love, so I didn't really have a need for it. I was just hoping (wishful thinking) that nobody would notice a Blackstar in that price range!

1972 4000... one of the last neck-thru's before they switched to set necks (and off-axis bodies) 4000's.

€1500? Wow. In the early 90s quite a few of the red with black trim Ricks sat in the stores for a long time, that may be the main reason the combination was discontinued. A friend of mine bought his r/bt 360 for $500 (list about $1200) in 1995 because it had been in stock for three years. Now they're valuable b/c they're very rare? Go figure.

It's just the asking price... let's see if it sells for that.

There were many Red/BT's but they were bound, this one is an S, so it's almost a 4003SPC Redneck, only without the enameled maple fretboard.

Be aware that there are 2 different sizes of these.  I bought one years ago for my '71 21 fretter and it did not fit.  It did fit my old '72 BG though.
