This fits very well in the WTF category of bass, but I have to admit I find it utterly fascinating! Bet it sounds cool too.

This is a mint condition vintage 1968 fretted Ampeg bass guitar model # AEB-1. Serial Number 179

There's also the Eastwood EEB-1 and fretless EUB-1. Ronn (leftybass) has an EEB-1.

I'm on Mr. Johnson's list & will get one fretless like Boz Burrell's.
Most likely a blue Moonburst.  8)
