You don't see these very often. 29 5/8" scale. Good deal, since new list price on these is about $2500, street price about $1750.

Doesn't have the vintage charm of a Fender Bass VI, but if I were in the market, I'd take it over the Fender in a heartbeat.

As opposed to a lot of other models with vintage vibe, this thing is playable. It had great reviews in Gitarre & Bass a few years ago - both as a bass and as a baritone, they went to the trouble of stringing it for both.

That was a steal for the guy.
