The cracked neck can easily be fixed. After that I'd buy parts and leave it as is. One of the rules of antique restoration is a piece has had a life and what has happened to the piece becomes part of it. Even if you swap out the "wings" this bass will never become a collectors item. It's a bass with a past, much like a woman if you love her you live with it. I'ts cool and I'm tempted, sadly it's way over priced.
