Looks like a 24" guitar scale or the bridge is in the wrong place.

Sure looks like a Japanese short-scale. The tuners are Fenderish, and I've never seen one of those SG knock-offs with a separate bridge like that. Also, the PG looks odd - almost extends past the edge of the body on the E string side.
