The clumsiest bad guys from cartoon series

Let's talk about the animated bad guys (and girls) who just never make the grade when it comes to being "Bad guys"  The ones who can't even get one single heist going well.

First up, The beagle Boys

If there's one word to describe this gang it would be "Persistant" No matter how many times they try to rob Scrooge McDuck and end up in jail, they NEVER stop planning to try again. And sometimes even their own family works against them, after a neice of theirs turned them in when the Beagle Boys took her along for her first heist. Scrooge was thankful for turning her relatives in saying that she would make it eventually and that he loved her name: Penny.

Marller from the anime TV series Ah! My Goddess

Marller is a demoness first class with unresticted powers and it is her job to gather souls from people who want power and are willing to give up their souls to get it. In her quest she frequently clashes with the good guys, magically transforming Leadcharacter Keiichi into a monitor Lizard and his sister Megumi into a Car. But despite her impressive magical powers and demonic heritage (and the imposing Fangs in her mouth) Marller is a pushover, she has a weakness for rockmusic dancing to it uncontrollably when it is played. And she's severely alergic to Lucky charms, going in epilectic spasms whenever one's around.  So far she hasn't won over a single soul in the whole series because of those weaknesses.

Team Rocket

James, Meoth and Jessie are just three members of a large criminal organisation. Three very imcompitent members though. Fact is that the organisation they work for isn't that good at running business themselves. The line here is "Lack of attention to detail", their schemes and heists always fail because of overlooking details that make all the difference in the succesrate of a heist. The most spectacullar heist they pulled was when holding a pokémon convention on a cruiseship where the whole crew was made up of team rocket personelle. The object was to steal the pokémon of all the attendies. problem was that those attendies started to attack the team rocket crew, something team Rocket's leadership didn't think of possible happening.

Top Cat's gang

Top Cat is a small time crook always looking at a way to earn a quick buck not caring if the way to the cash is something illegal. However he never quite thinks his schemes through and more than often throws caution to the wind. His Gangmembers have a destinct lack of brain activity which is why Top Cat is their leader, he actually can use his grey matter. Much to his credit though Top Cat and his gang never have sat in a prison cell. Because Top Cat's quick mouth and a kind of friendship with the local cop Officer Dribble, have kept their records clean.

I guess this list wouldn't be complete without Bebop (right) and Rocksteady (Left) from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

How can I put their stupidity in words? Well let's just say that they could get lost in a telephonebox.

And then there's Emperor Pilaf in Dragonball

Emperor Pilaf is a tiny, yet merciless and ruthless ruler who seeks all the dragon balls to make himself the ruler of the world. He is loud, obnoxious, and treats his two loyal underlings, Mai and Shu very harshely (though he's no more competent than they are).  He had several huge palaces (all of them destroyed by either Leadcharacter Goku or one of his friends) But no people he could rule over. His "Empire" being situated in the middle of a vast desert. Pilaf also spends his nights wearing kitty underwear and cradling a teddybear in bed.

okay then who else do you guys think should be with these.

Err Rataplan is not the dog from the Dalton brothers, if anything, he's actually the rather incompitent prison watch dog (Hence the Sherrif star he wears on his collar) who's task is to block the Daltons making an escape.

Rataplan should be in a topic about the clumsiest good guys.
