Well, my Eastwood Backlund Rocker Box was delivered today and I have to say this thing is gorgeous.
Fit and finish is impeccable. Frets are flawless. Neck is flat. No sharp fret ends. No fret buzz.
Very solid feel to it. Feels similar to my Gretsch Thunder Jet as far as holding it and playing it, especially the poly finish on maple. Maple Fretboard has a satin finish. Back of neck is poly.
Has a good low growl on the E string
Really is 32” scale
Master tone control doesn’t seem to do much for either pup. Pups are dead silent.
Based on my Health-O-Meter analog bath scale it appears to be 9 lbs.
HSC is very nice. Probably made for Eastwood by TKL I’m guessing
These are early first impressions so more later
