This was my facebook profile pic when I was single. I know, what was I thinking? A Stingray!?

Here's me an the ole lady.
Contrary to what James Bond says, a good Gibson should be stirred, not shaken.

Here's a pic of me when I was still single

As you can see I've been into flared pants and four strings for decades... ;)

Here's two from last week.

So I browsed the pics again, and Uwe's one-off Super 400 is still the best looking bass in the universe.

In terms of acoustics/semi acoustics hands down. Now about the sound Uwe will definitely have some comments. I know he likes the Martin acoustics sound.

I guess me being too lazy to shave got out of hand.
Usually the itching wins and I get rid of the stubble.
But this time I was sedated by paracetamol and anti-biotics. So I got through the itching

The LP Standard bass has been my favorite bass ever since I bought it four years ago.

Mine usually get's it's marching orders once it gets to decent "pirate" status, then it gets a 0/1 crop and starts again...

Sorta mad R&B/rock thing.  If my memory serves me correctly it was a song called "The Fisherman Sings".

Here's me playing it with the old band (singer hadn't discovered the megaphone yet) but not pulling faces this time (and with a Gibson IV this time):

Basses: Epi JC Sig 20th Anniversary - Epi Les Paul Standard - Epi Korina Explorer - G&L CLF L-1000 - G&L Tribute LB-100 - Sire D5 - Reverend Triad - Harley Benton HB-50
Band: The Inevitable Teaspoons

Great shot!

I'm an out of the closet Rickenbacker lover  ;)

Just how far out of the closet can one get...?

... and what is it with the Dutch and LP's...? ;D

... and as for Ilan, I just had a flashback to early Geddy...  ;)
