Title: Pin Router Fun, control cavity routing
Post by: dadagoboi on May 04, 2011, 05:40:37 PM
Finally got the three depth turret stop figured out on my Onsrud.  Also it has a switched outlet that turns on the shop vac with the router.  Unfortunately that pulls too many amps and slows down the router causing the bits to dull quickly.  Now I use a separate circuit for the vac and turn it on manually.  BIG IMPROVEMENT.  This is Jim's JAEbird II which will have ThunderBucker pickups.  Since he owns a Lull I'm looking forward to seeing how they stack up against each other.
