EB-3 Mini Humbucker resistance value

Guys what should my EB-3 Mini Humbucker resistance value be? 
Mudbucker is reading 12.8 but the Mini is reading 19.6

 Is this a Gibson EB3 or a Epi ? If Gibson is it a 60's or 70's ? First off your mudbucker should be reading 28K-32K . I don't know values for the mini  but I am going to guess around 10-12 K. Hope that helps, let us know the year condition etc of the bass.
