Title: 4000 series bridges and setting intonation
Post by: Dr Quist on January 27, 2012, 04:52:54 PM
I don't know how many of you do your own strobe tuning or setting the intonation on your instruments. but I am sure you are aware of the differences  between doing this on a Fender P Bass and a Rick bass.

That said.. I have fought with this delema since 1972.  I came up with a decent answer in about 1978 . I posted these  mods on a FB page .... and all Hell broke loose.

So if you have not seen my personal FB page ...  can post photos here with permission ?   and how does a person do that ?

Sure you can post it. No idea why posting it on FB would have caused a problem, if someone doesn't think your procedures are necessary or useful, then they don't have to use them, or they can offer a different opinion.

I put them up on a FB page... and as I was posting the ninth photo with the explanations... the Rick Police removed them and me .
