I think I've posted this before.  The Chicago faction will know him.  Hoppy Niles, whom I played with in One Arm Bandit.  It's pretty amazing what people can do when they don't perceive limitations to a goal.



And, here we are, four years ago, at a 30 year reunion.  Hoppy is still at it with Uncle Zep.

I used to go see Lefty Williams play at Pizzeria in Smyrna when I was living there. He had a similar "nub" picking technique, damn good guitar player too.
