The question is, what's emanating from Bob Dylan's outhouse (http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2009/03/how-sweet-is-li.html)?

After reading this, I'm not really sympathetic to the neighbors. If they have enough money to live in Malibu, they have enough money to file a civil suit and force a response. Instead, they're trying to use the code department and the newspaper to harass him. That tells me their claims may be bogus.
